CONFETTI TOP GEL
This non-cleansing, soak-off, flexible matte top gel contains tiny black glitters of mixed sizes and shapes, for a cool splash effect. It’s a great way to give a unique dimension to any gel polish colour, but light pastels and neons particularly pop! If your customers prefer a shiny surface, just cover it with Cool Top Gel Universal or Cool Top Gel 4 Dark top gel.
